Paypal: I will invoice you for the total amount after receiving your confirmation via email as to size, fabric, and options. Carrier will be mailed only after invoice is paid

Money Orders: Money Orders will be accepted; however, item will not be mailed until after its arrival                                  

RETURNS: Please read information carefully regarding descriptive information such as size, color, materials, etc to be sure you will be happy with your purchase. I want my customers to be happy, so if you feel you must return your purchase, please contact me via email before returning the item. Returned packages without prior communication will be rejected. All returns must be received in the same condition in which they are sent. Upon arrival of your return, I will refund your purchase price minus shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be made via Paypal or by check if payment was send via Money Order. Exchanges will only be made in special circumstances.

 

In most cases I send by USPS First Class Mail unless other arrangements are made. The Medium and Large sizes usually go Priority Mail because the weight is over 13 oz (maximum weight for First Class).

While I take great care in packaging items, I cannot be held responsible once they are taken by the USPS.
